Aperitif
Traditional brandy: fig, cherry or sljivovica (plum).
Fresh baked homemade bread.
Starter
Choice of:
- Dalmatian Plate: smoked ham, traditional smoked bacon, Dalmatian hard cheese (cow and sheep), anchovies.
- Fish Plate: Octopus salad, tuna fish pate, olives, olive oil. €5.00 supplement per person.
- Greek Salad.
Main Course
Choice of:
- Meat Peka. A traditional way of slow cooking on wood under a bell cover. Choice of veal, lamb or mixed meat with potatoes and vegetables.
- Octopus Peka. Adriatic sea octopus with potatoes, prepared in the traditional way on an open fire under a bell cover. €5.00 supplement per person.
- Mixed Grill. Cooked on charcoal grill. Veal, lamb, chicken and pork. Traditional style baked “village potatoes” and Mediterranean vegetables.
- Grilled Fish. Sea bass and sea bream grilled in traditional style on charcoal. With zucchini, boiled potatoes, garlic and olive oil.
- Dalmatian pašticada. Traditional long boiled beef meat in sauce with red wine and dalmatian herbs and homemade gnocchi.
Dessert
Choice of:
- Dalmatian rožata.
- Baklava.
- Vanila cream cake with chocolate.
Price includes 1 litre of homemade red wine and 1 litre of homemade white wine.
