After almost 5 years of planning and construction, my purpose-built holiday house on wonderful Hvar island was finished in June 2024. Many guests have stayed there since. I ask for a deposit of 20%, which is fully refundable if you cancel until 60 days before arrival, with the rest of the payment made 45 days before arrival.
